From our base at 2917 Davisson Street, Sharpsville, IN 46068, we operate across Indiana and the wider Midwest. Our team combines event design, technical production, vendor coordination and on-site management under one roof — so clients deal with one accountable partner instead of ten separate vendors.
We work with corporate clients, agencies, private hosts and non-profit organizations. Every project starts with a discovery session, a written scope and a transparent budget. Nothing is improvised on the day of the event.

Absolutely. We can integrate your preferred vendors into our production plan, or manage the full vendor selection process on your behalf.
We provide a line-item proposal covering planning fees, production, vendor costs and contingency. There are no hidden markups — vendor invoices are shared transparently.
Yes. We manage venue permits, insurance certificates, load-in permissions and any local compliance requirements for the event.
Cancellation terms are defined in the service agreement. Deposits cover committed vendor costs and are non-refundable once contracts are signed. Full details are provided before signing.

Timeline Event Group LLC provides event planning, coordination, production and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement.
Submitting a contact form does not create a binding contract. A contract exists only when a written proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely approvals, required access to venues and any permits or permissions under the client's control. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs.
Fees are set out in the applicable proposal. Deposits are required to secure dates and vendor commitments. Final balances are due according to the payment schedule in the agreement.
Cancellation and postponement terms are defined in the service agreement. Deposits and committed vendor costs are generally non-refundable once contracts are executed.
